CACR 21: Uses 5% of Liquor Profits for Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery

Relative to Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention. Providing That A Portion Of Liquor Commission Revenue Shall Be Used For Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention. This constitutional amendment concurrent resolution provides that a portion of liquor commission revenue shall be used for alcohol and drug abuse prevention.

New Futures supports this constitutional amendment, which would fully fund the Alcohol Fund at 5% of gross alcohol profits. Funding would further support prevention, treatment and recovery services in New Hampshire.
