The NH Department of Health and Human Services collects a wide variety of data.  The most immediately relevant (and most frequently cited in AOD circles) are:

The Office of Applied Studies at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) collects data nationally and provides state level data on a variety of topics.  The States in Brief reports released last year are very user-friendly and comprehensive.  Two specific studies that are worth exploring are:
