Adolescent Treatment Collaborative (ATC)

The purpose of the ATC is to advocate for the ongoing availability, in New Hampshire, of excellent treatment services for adolescents who present with alcohol and other drug problems.

Strategies to be undertaken by the ATC to accomplish its purpose include but are not limited to:

• Increasing knowledge regarding adolescent AOD issues among youth service providers.
• Assuring that New Futures management of the ATI remains focused on outcomes and data
• Facilitating the provision of training in clinical, managerial, and policy development areas.
• Sharing and disseminating evaluation findings and best practice models among providers and other stakeholders.
• Communication and public education about adolescent AOD matters to the general public.
• Facilitating pursuit of further grant funding for ATI partners by supporting research of their availability and writing of proposals.
  Advocacy for appropriate public policies and adequate funding to have a positive impact on the problem.
