The Adolescent Treatment Collaborative is a crucial component of the ATI and will be the driving force behind any changes in public policy regarding adolescent treatment and the public-private relationship necessary for funding thereof. The ATC is a working group composed of parents, treatment professionals, policy makers, funders, academics and other people concerned about alcohol and other drug problems.
