A recent article in the Nashua Telegraph raises many questions.  People with substance use disorders face many challenges on their way to receiving treatment, from overcoming stigma to finding the right treatment and figuring out how to pay for it. 

How does location affect access to treatment?  How do communities regulate the locations of healthcare facilities in general?  Should addiction treatment facilities be treated any differently?  What do you think?
